FREE cancellation until 24 hours before check-in time (15.00 hrs). If you cancel within 24 hours before check-in time (15.00 hrs), there will be no refund - the total price for the stay will be charged.

If you rent the house, cancellation must be made 3 days prior arrival for full refund.

Regardless of the reservation date, your credit card will be charged the day before arrival.

Price includes 10% VAT/IVA and breakfast (breakfast is not included if you rent the whole house).
