For individual rooms the cancellation is FREE until 24 hours before check-in time (15.00 hrs). If you cancel within 24 hours before check-in time (15.00 hrs), there will be no refund - the total price for the stay will be charged.
If you rent the house, cancellation must be made 3 days prior arrival date for full refund.
Regardless of the reservation date, your credit card will be charged the day before arrival.
